Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
(average 14 business days depending on destination)

Please allow extra time during peak periods.

Busy Periods & Delays
During Christmas, Black Friday, holiday seasons, and bank holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays.
These delays are outside our control, so delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear while the parcel is in transit to the carrier.

Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or reship orders where an incorrect address was provided.

Customs

It is the customers responsibility to understand where they stand with regard to customs procedures in to their country. We are not liable for any customs charges. It is very unusual for an item to be seized by customs, if this happens we require proof of customs seizure before we can refund you.
